TFD aims to create a positive learning experience for our members each and every day. After every training you know yourself better and feel fitter keeping you excited to come back for more the next day. Our members come in not only because of the fitness training facilities but also because they know the potential of the team to develop their fitness every day with every session.
I have been an athlete all my life and played hockey at a state level for 3 years . Started my career in the fitness industry 8 years ago with 5000+ hours of personal training, 5000+ hours of group exercise , 1000+ hours as a sports coach, 500+ hours of train the trainer and 5 years as a Fitness manager and 6 months as a General manager at Fitness First Bangalore.
My Belief :- Your health is an investment not an expense(Although it will become an expense if you don’t invest on it)
A state level swimmer for many years is now an Artist and a Designer by education and a Fitness Expert by passion. It has been 10 years since I have been a Group Class Instructor with 25,000+ hours of experience.
After going through the Fat to Fit journey, I have realised that hard work, persistence, sacrifice, self control, integrity, confidence and commitment are best learnt through Fitness.
My belief:- Every champion was once a contender that refused to give up.

Sports is all about being prepared for the unexpected. This Sports conditioning routine helps speed, agility, power, reaction time and strength. So you are always ready to play any sport.
The field of suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes body weight exercises in which a variety of multiplaner , compound movements can be performed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability .
Workout with fun. This is a high intense cardio vascular workout with bollywood and Punjabi moves to back the monotony of aerobics. It also balances your workout with planks squats etc during this session. Excellent for endurance training.
Involves dance and aerobics movements performed to energetic music . The choreography incorporates Hip-hop, Soca, Samba, Salsa, Merengue and Mambo along with squats and lunges.
It emphasises on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
Yoga means unity of the mind and body . It is a combination of physical, mental and spiritual practise achieved through various forms of Yoga and postures helping you to build strength, a strong core, balance, coordination, flexibility and relaxation .
It is the “Sport Of Fitness”. At CrossFit “power” is the undisputed king of performance. In siplest terms- “Hard and Fast”. Functional Training is a major part of CrossFit, which includes natural multi-joint movement. This form of training is very essential for human body which prepares you not only for the unknown but for the unknowable. CrossFit’s prescription for achieving this fitness is constantly varied high-intensity functional movements.
The Fit District Team consists of coaches who are highly educated and experienced in the Fitness Industry. These sessions would be one on one sessions unlike the group classes, where our clients and their goals would be the top priority for the coaches. Fitness regimen would be planned according to the goals and the requirements of every individual client after a complete body assessment. In personal coaching the coaches commitment towards their clients would be clearly expressed and perceived in the first meeting and the sessions. A mandatory body and fitness assessment would be conducted every quarterly which will help the client to understand their growth.
It is highly recommended that young people between the ages of 6 and 16 participate in at least 45 minutes - 60 minutes of physical activity daily. It facilitates a child's development and also academic success. The Fit District would be offering Youth Training (U-16) which will help the child to build a positive mental health, strong bones and muscles and reduce the likelihood of developing obesity and risk factors leading to chronic diseases. In order to make their Fitness Training a fun based workout, we will be introducing features like Wall Climbing, 60 feet Sprint Track, monkey bars etc which will not only help them built their strength but also take them back to a generation of 90's who enjoyed playing in their free time which indirectly improved their Fitness and Activity Levels without the influence of technology.
The Fit District strongly believes that age is just a number and that number should not restrict anyone to join a health club in order to improve their health and perform day to day activities with ease. Human body is meant to be active at all age and our coaches would help you do just that. A child, teenager, adult ,athlete or a senior citizen, everyone needs Fitness as an essential part of their lifestyle. Exercises might differ in load, speed and power ,but they all need to exercise in a balanced way to maintain functional independence and improve fitness level each day.
By now all are readers would have realized that TFD also believes in "no excuses when it comes to Fitness". Therefore, we would be creating a Kid's Zone where parents can bring their child along. As we take care of the child in a healthy and clean environment, the parent without worrying can proceed for their workouts and stay fit.
TFD would be providing shower facilities to our members which would be hygienically maintained.
